Gymnasium:
- Leasing for 1-3 hours 60.00/hr
- Leasing for 4-8 hours 50.00/hr
- Non-Profit discount off 8 hr. rental 100.00/off 8 hr. rental
Theatre:
- Leasing for 1-3 hours 60.00/hr
- Leasing for 4-8 hours 50.00/hr
Wedding Rates
- Leasing of Star Theatre only (3hrs) 1000.00
- Leasing of Star Theatre and Gym (6hrs) 1200.00
- Leasing of both plus catering (6hrs) 1700.00
Time overage will be billed at 500.00/hour
There is a $500.00 damage deposit that will be returned when the Director inspects and agrees that the premises are returned to the original condition.
These totals include:
*access to decorate 24 hours prior to the event
*access to ADA elevator for those in need
*janitorial services: There is a $50.00 discount if the leasing party cleans up.
These totals do not include:
*decorations
*food
*food service items (plates, utensils, napkins)
*tables, chairs, wedding arches
*officiate
